Now that you ball is finished, you can pull the ball band tube out and pull the yarn from the center of the ball to complete your project.
If you've made a yarn ball for a project you're not working on right away, just leave the ball band in place so you'll know what kind of yarn you're looking at when you pull it out of your stash.
