Row 1 (right side): Purl 2, *yarn over, knit 1, yarn over, purl 2. Repeat from * to end.
Row 2: Knit 2, *purl 3, knit 2. Repeat from * to end.
Row 3: Purl 2, *knit 3, purl 2. Repeat from * to end.
Row 4: Knit 2, *purl 3 together, knit 2. Repeat from * to end.
