A Hat for Hiding:
Camouflage certainly isn't just for the woods anymore, but whether you are (or are knitting for) a man who hunts or one who just likes the rugged outdoors look, this simple camouflage hat is a winner.
It features an extra-long ribbed section for folding over into a super warm brim, with easy Stockinette Stitch for the body to show off the camo colors.
Materials:
- one skein Bernat Camouflage or 195 yards of another medium weight acrylic or wool camouflage or similarly patterned yarn (I used colorway Renegade)
- one size 8 US circular needle, 16 inch cable
- one set of 4 size 8 US double-pointed needles (switch to for decreasing)
- scissors and yarn needle
