Circular shawls (or doilies, or tablecloths) can be breathtakingly beautiful -- but the process of getting them into that glorious finished state can be intimidating to say the least.
With a few tools to make it simpler, and a little patience, however, the job of blocking can be made a lot easier.
You will need:
- A large bowl or bucket
- Foam play mats (Usually to be found in Walmart for at about $5 for a pack of 9)
- unobstructed floor space for pinning out your project
- More straight pins that you can imagine
