Best Wool Knitting YarnWool is a universal favorite among knitters who can tolerate it and live in climates where knitting with wool is appropriate. Do you have a favorite wool yarn that you go back to again and again?
Yarns should be 100 percent wool or a largely wool blend to be eligible for this category.
Best Cotton Knitting YarnCotton yarn is a versatile choice for knitters who live in all sorts of climates. It's hard wearing and strong, and great for a wide variety of projects. Share your favorite cotton yarn by nominating it for the Readers' Choice Awards.
Yarns should be 100 percent cotton or a largely cotton blend to be eligible for this category.
Best Sock YarnMany, many knitters are obsessed with knitting socks, and there are a multitude of great choice for sock yarn on the market. Sock yarns of any fiber content are acceptable in this category.
Best NeedlesWhat brand of needles do you go back to again and again? Do you have a whole set (or more than one!) of a particular kind of needle, or do you wish you did? Nominate your favorite knitting needle brand.
Best Book of 2010This category is for books published in 2010. You can find some of my favorites in the 2010 Best Books list, but feel free to nominate one that's not listed here.
