Knits to Help Your Dream of Spring

By February 8, 2013

Sheryl Thies seems to have written her book Knitting by Nature for just such a time as this. She was sitting at home, looking at a seed catalog and dreaming of all the wonderful things that would soon be growing in the world, when she was inspired to design shawls, wraps, scarves and shrugs with natural motifs on them.

So at this time of year when we're all longing to knit things that we might get more use out of when it's warmer outside, we can at least look at this book, be inspired ourselves and start knitting something beautiful inspired by nature. What fun.

I hope wherever you are today you have warm thoughts to surround you and that spring comes quickly!
