I really like a lot of the designs that come from the Berroco Design Team and Norah Gaughan. I like their color choices, the organic design features and, of course, I like their yarn, too.
So I was excited to finally take a peek at Gaughan and the team's latest book Comfort Knitting & Crochet: Babies & Toddlers. The book offers about 50 patterns for blankets, hats, toys, sweaters and other garments, all using the Berroco yarns Comfort and Vintage. (I haven't reviewed Vintage for you yet, but I did use it for a couple of projects in my book and I really enjoyed it.)
This book is ideal for people who are comfortable with both knitting and crochet because you have more options, of course, but if you're a fan of Berroco like I am you'll probably want to pick this one up anyway because there are a lot of fun knitting patterns here, too. I'm still trying to get over the little bird whose wings and tail are worked in Feather and Fan. So. Cute!
