Knit a Crown for a Costume

By September 21, 2012

Follow me on:

My daughter just turned three, which means she has an opinion about everything. I love crafting her Halloween costumes, so I've already started asking her what she wants to be.

First, she said she wanted to be an apple. I didn't know what to do with that, so I kept asking until she changed her mind. Yesterday she said she wants to be "a brown and pink polka dot princess."

We'll see about the colors, but at least I know she already has a crown in the form of my custom-fit Knit Crown. Even if she wants one in pink, it won't take me long to knit and embellish it for all her princess needs.

And you can make one for the prince or princess in your life, too, no matter what their size. Or make one for yourself, because everyone needs a crown!
