Fearless knitting workbookFearless Knitting Workbook by Jennifer E. Seiffert. Interweave Press.
A lot of new knitters get hung up on learning new skills because they worry that something will be too difficult or that they aren't ready to take on that new skill yet. But Jennifer E. Seiffert, a master knitter with mroe than 45 years of knitting experience, aims to take the fear out of learning new knitting skills with her book Fearless Knitting Workbook.

The book takes knitters who already know how to knit and purl through the basics of making knit and purl textured patterns, shaping knitting, making cables, knitting lace and working projects in the round. Each section includes swatches or other projects to test your skills, as well as an "extra credit" lesson that is a little more difficult than the other projects in the section.

After working through the book knitters will have a great grounding in the basics and plenty of confidence to work through a great variety of knitting patterns.

Hello just wanted to know if you know where I can find info or a video that would teach me how to do the magic loop and teach me how to make two socks at a time.

The book “2-at-a-time SOCKS”, by author Melissa Morgan-Oakes, is wonderful. No, I didn’t GET IT the first time, nor even the second time. However, her encouragements throughout the book such as, the many people she’s taught using the exact way in her book, & if they can YOU CAN TOO, all true. For certain, TRUE FOR ME:)
Please give it a try. I think you’ll love it as I have.
