Interlocking Lattice looks like a complex knitting stitch, and it certainly requires you to pay attention to what you're doing as you work it, but the results are quite rewarding.

This cabled pattern makes a series of locked diamonds that would be perfect on a fisherman-style sweater or vest, or as a motif for a pillow or other home decor object.

While this isn't a pattern you're likely to be able to memorize for some casual in front of the television knitting, the work you'll put into any project using the stitch will pay off when you see the lovely texture the pattern brings to your work.
