Girly-Girl Knits

It Girl KnitsIt Girl Knits by Phoenix Bess. Potter Craft.
If you're still looking for a gift for a tween or teen girl who knits, look no further than Phoenix Bess' It Girl Knits. The book contains 30 cute and trendy patterns for everything from tube dresses and halter tops to an oversized sweater and a bevvy of felted bags.

Bess knows what girls like because she's 16 years old, and she's already made a name for herself as a designer. Her projects are easy even for newish knitters and are mostly worked in the round. These designs are perfect for lounging around the house, the mall or the beach, and a few fancier patterns would be great for school dances and other fancy occasions.

This book is a lot of fun, and I'm even considering a couple of the patterns for myself, since loungy knit pants know no demographic limit.
