Cabled Bun Holder

Tuesday April 17, 2007
Cabled Bun Holder Pattern This is one of those patterns that just isn't easy to name. A bun holder doesn't sound very exciting, but if you've ever had long hair on a windy day, you know how handy one of these little things can be.

Knit with a scrap of cotton, this is a really quick project that involves a six-stitch cable and five stitches on each side knit in seed stitch, which gives it a sort of Aran look. Knit one in an afternoon and you'll have the perfect hair accessory for a day at the beach.
