Free knitting scarf patterns In honor of the Red Scarf Project by the Orphan Foundation of America, I knitted up a quick red scarf pattern I wanted to share with you.

This scarf uses an easy woven pattern revolving around the number four. It took less than eight hours to complete, so it would be possible to knit this scarf in a week or over a weekend.

Even if you can't or don't want to knit that quickly, this scarf would be a wonderful gift for a sweetie or friend for Valentine's Day. Use your favorite shade of red in an easy-care yarn and you'll have a lovely gift in no time.

What happened to all my patterns that used to appear on this site? Such as:
seamless yoked baby sweater
knit stripe raglan, several bootie patterns
teddybear sweater–to name a few?

Thanks for telling about the Red Scarf project–I just mailed off 5 scarves that I knitted/crocheted to them. A great idea–and one I’ll be doing (with much better results) in the future!

I was wondering the same thing as Carol. There are a lot of links to your site for American Doll patterns but they aren’t here. What happened to them? Do you have an archive site? Please bring them back I need to make some clothes for my granddaughters doll. Thanks

Also, www,knittingpatterncentral.com has links to virtually every free knitting pattern on the internet.

Hope you all find what you’re looking for!
